Important: The product database knows the weight of each item it is possible the data entry person confused grams with kilograms if you are charged £100 for a lightweight object please contact the admin who can fix the mistake.

Local: Free posting is only offered to orders which are collected or within 10 miles of the warehouse radius. Local orders have an aim to deliver within 4 hours of the order. We work like Postman Pat not Deliveroo. Under some circumstances local orders can take 36 hours.

National rates: Free postage is popular on big formats like eBay and Amazon because your cart can often only be loaded with a single item. The seller simply marks up the item with commissions, postage and profit which on a single CD can be 400%.

Our structure says we want so much for this item. The computer weighs your cart and says this is the postage. It costs the same amount to send 7 CDs as 1 CD. We make no profit on packing and have no fees to other parties.

Every single major courier outlet is within 0.5 miles from the warehouse. This site posts at 12pm and 8pm. Most couriers collect at 2.30pm at which time we are at their mercy. If you refuse a specific courier please state it in the special instructions.

Local & National orders force us to be bound by law to the Consumer Act & Cooling-off for returns. Food, service or travel is exempt and at our discretion.

International: I’m not afraid to ship worldwide. The buyer must accept exchange, duty, customs damage, international laws contrary to UK law and high postage. Therefore we will not accept returns. It can be imagined where at our discretion you can be refunded in whole or in part. You are encouraged to make small reasonable purchases. We will do our utmost to see you receive “items as described”.

For example we sent 20 packets of Kool-Aid to Denmark. Each holds 8.4g of a white powder which is a sugared drink in America. 19 arrived with the customer, opened by Danish customs and tested. The item was sent to the client with a note of explanation. Refund is the liability of the Danish government.
 
All orders national or international excepting local have restricted items ie batteries, liquid, tobacco, pressurised containers, etc.

All orders can be sent to a “hiding palce” but we take no liability.
