Enya - Shepherd Moons - CD

Layered voices rise over rippling piano and sweeping keyboards on Shepherd Moons, Enya’s 1991 blend of new age, Celtic and ambient pop. From the flowing pulse of Caribbean Blue to the quiet intimacy of Evacuee, this is music built for getting lost in, not just leaving on in the background.

Following the breakthrough success of Watermark, the Irish singer and composer develops her unmistakable studio sound with producer Nicky Ryan and lyricist Roma Ryan. Traditional melodies sit alongside richly textured originals, with Enya’s multitracked vocals at the centre.
