Wheel Of Fortune By Kay Starr

This CD is a compilation titled Wheel of Fortune by the American jazz and pop singer Kay Starr. It was released in 2003 by the UK-based record label Living Era (part of Sanctuary Classics).

The album features 28 original mono recordings spanning the years 1944 to 1952, capturing Starr's voice during her prime years in the transition from the big band era to solo stardom.

The title track, "Wheel of Fortune," was Starr's biggest hit, reaching #1 on the US pop charts in March 1952 and staying there for 10 weeks.
