For sale is a matching pair of genuine antique British sporting prints with fantastic local Devon history. Both were framed by the historic, long-closed Beer Framing of Newton Abbot and have been kept together for decades.

- "The Chase of the Roebuck" (Originally published 1834) – Painted by W.P. Hodges, engraved by H. Alken & R. Reeve.
- "Hare Hunting, Plate 1. Soho!" (Originally published 1836) – Painted by W.P. Hodges, engraved by R.G. Reeve.
PLEASE READ CONDITION DETAILS:
- Authenticity: These are absolutely NOT modern digital prints or 2000s replicas. They are genuine, old antique paper items.
- Condition: Heavily reduced due to severe "foxing" (the age-related brown spotting and mottling from atmospheric moisture over the generations). They carry a very heavy, natural antique patina.
- Frames: Housed in identical matching vintage wood-grain frames featuring the local Newton Abbot framer's mark on the reverse.
